TikTok is looking for an experienced Head of MidMarket — Direct Sales for Russia.
Responsibilities:
Business Management
Make the analysis of the ecosystem of advertising industries in Russian middle market and make the sales business strategy.
Build partnership with clients. Key industries would include E-commerce, game and apps, online services, media & entertainment, etc.
Design the industry level sales plan and narrative to explore business opportunities. 4. Design agency business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model and innovation programs.
Drive the revenue from partners and achieve the sales target.
Team management
Design the team structure and role&responsibilities of team members.
Hire the team member, based on the ranking of priority.
Build the team capability by coaching the team members.
Lead the team members to achieve their own sales target.
Cross functional collaboration
Work with sales team, on client services and win the budget.
Work with sales marketing team, on B2B marketing activities for partners.
Work with product team, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems and tools, for the clients and agencies.
Work with sales management team, on the risk control and healthy clients portfolio.
Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or above.
8+ years of overall working experiences, 8+ years of digital marketing experiences, 5+ years of digital agency related experiences.
8+ years of team and people management experience.
Experiences in working with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding about Russian&CIS digital marketing ecosystem and developing trends
Strong network in Russian&CIS digital market, with solid experience of working with C-level executives of clients.
Excellent verbal and written English and Russian communication skills.
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
