Responsibilities:
— You will drive and ensure execution of the medical strategy for the GLP-1RA diabetes and obesity portfolio to support the overall strategic objectives of the business unit and to focus on GLP-1 portfolio to support the expansion of GLP-1 in Russia/Belarus Affiliate and establish strong scientific ground for GLP-1 marketed products as well as upcoming launches;
— You will drive GLP-1 medical activities within the main 5 focus areas: clinical activities, KOL & association engagement, Publications, Medical education & Medical guidance;
— Ensure clear business priorities split within the GLP-1 Medical team with focus on National and Regional Field Activities planning and execution according to the short- and long-term affiliate strategy;
— Also, you will ensure strong cross-functional collaboration within the CMR function and alignment on business priorities and strategies and drive medical insights and communication across functional teams, involving clinical, RA, marketing, patient access, public affairs, business IT and field medical functions;
— You will support CDC trials, develop and initiate phase 4 clinical trials for relevant portfolio aligned with the regional medico-marketing strategy (shared). Drive affiliate publication strategy for GLP-1 portfolio by supporting data management and medical writing for publication purposes;
— Manage the GLP-1 medical team and develop the team by leading, inspiring and coaching others;

Requirements:
— You are MD by education preferably in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology or Pharmacology;
— Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical affairs or clinical trials in multinational pharmaceutical company/ies;
— People management experience is a plus;
— Fluent English.
