Yandex Search assists millions of users daily, answering questions, translating text and videos, and collaborating on creative tasks. To expand our reach in international markets, we're looking for an experienced Head of Media to lead the promotion of Yandex Search across offline and digital channels.
Tasks that await you:
- Developing media strategies. As we share updates about our products with a mass audience using a wide range of media platforms, you'll need to navigate both offline and online media, select and justify media platforms based on campaign goals, plan for seasonality, and seek opportunities for innovative media solutions.
- Collaborating with advertising agencies. We operate in a hybrid format, so you will utilize the expertise of our in-house team alongside external advertising agencies and work closely with agencies to leverage their resources and expertise effectively.
- Managing cross-functional teams and coordinating related departments. You will organize processes within hybrid teams, constantly improving existing workflows and enhancing collaboration with product teams and other departments.
We expect that you:
- Have a deep understanding of all advertising formats and possess strong expertise in media buying and planning.
- Have experience working across all types of media platforms.
- Are not limited to standard market tools when selecting media platforms or analyzing campaign effectiveness and are ready to explore innovative or new tools.
