inDrive is looking for Head of Marketplace Efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze & Strategize: deep-dive into marketplace quality metrics in key regions to form data-based hypotheses (streams) to increase quality metrics. It could be broad range of projects from supply density increase to changing ways of matchmaking (how supply receive orders) and recommended pricing settings
- Plan: Work with teams to set key projects, resources required, OKRs, and experiment metrics
- Execute: run experiments, interpret results, communicate them clearly among teams and scale effective ones across network
- Navigate BI / analytics teams on MP eff.: provide inputs to build a clear dashboards, data lakes, attributions rules, events, etc. to make sure that all teams are aligned on MP metrics and have data available for it in suitable form (pivot, dashboard, whatever) to make decisions
- Own relative cross-functional topics: e.g. antifraud instruments (represent business to trust&safety team)
Qualifications:
- Hands-on analytical experience: knowledge of A/B tests, good use of basic statistic (regressions, time series, etc.), understanding of data quality and governance
- Critical and structured thinking: being able to clearly defining the the problem (issue tree), form hypothesis (MECE based) with a natural curiosity and confidence to seek out answers, and propose solutions where there may not yet be an answer
- Extraordinary collaborator, and someone who proactively partners across teams, able to influence senior and external stakeholders, incl. C-level
- Strong project management skills, comfortable working independently at times
- Experience in consulting or strategy work in a large business, project or operations management, or investment banking (3+ years preferred)
- Work experience in a technology company, in particular, an operational marketplace, will be a competitive advantage
- Advanced level of English and Russian languages
