- Company is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join it. Work Type: Full-time, facilitated through Russian legal entity
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing at BORZO. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with market planning, marketing management, market research, and sales.
Key Outcomes:
- Developing media campaigns, inspiring, and engaging our consumer audiences through best-in-class (digital-first) execution. Delivering seamless and relevant media experiences across all touchpoints and channels in performance and awareness channels
- Achieve X% increase in B2B customer acquisition quarterly/ annually. Accelerating growth within acceptable LTV/CAC range
- Own performance marketing budget for the company (all regions)
- Manage and optimize a marketing budget of $300-500k to maximize ROMI
- Find new efficient channels or/and partnerships for growing acquisition to diversify current successful channels
- Build efficient blogger/influencer purchasing with acceptable ROMI for India
- Re-launch and capture markets through digital channels in two new regions in India (Bangalore, and Hyderabad), with controlled CAC and LTV/CAC for clients and couriers
- Together with the Product team resolve the issue of declining conversion in Brazil
Qualifications:
- Proved experience of building and leading a marketing team of 10 members to achieve set marketing goals
- Experience of working with 500k USD+ monthly marketing budgets
- Developed and implemented innovative marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google and forbidden in Russia
- Experience in building ROMI efficient purchasing tactic from bloggers/influencers
- Experience of interdepartmental work with relevant Operational and Product stakeholders
- Able to deliver monthly/quarterly reports on marketing performance and strategic adjustments
- Experience in leading market research efforts to identify and leverage trends and customer behaviour to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, build brand awareness, and beat the competition
- Together with Local Marketing and Performance marketing teams, help build global and local marketing initiatives
- Experience with developing countries markets. Experience working in cross cultural business environments
