The opened vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto. Company works with customers all over the world and our user base already surpassed the 100-million bar.
If you have:
- Proven experience as a CMO or similar senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of successfully expanding into new markets (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and data analysis to drive marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and a track record of achieving measurable marketing results

- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential new markets and evaluate their viability and potential for growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of each target market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage and strengthen a marketing team capable of executing on various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, social media, content creation
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, preferences, and behavior in new markets, enabling effective positioning and messaging
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to facilitate market entry, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize marketing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts
