International company-producer of paper and plastic food packaging is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a detailed marketing plan for the development of product groups and channels in accordance with the company’s strategy;
Introduction of initiatives into local marketing plans aimed at the development of the sales channel;
Gathering market information, analyzing trends, competitor data and consumer opinions;
Providing presentations and reports on markets and channels;
Marketing research project management;
Coordination and planning of new product development projects. Close cooperation with NPD specialists;
Strong and close cooperation with the sales department and sales support through the service (information, data, presentations, reviews, profitability, participation in pricing);
Formation of proposals based on market analysis and market data for the development of product statements and sales arguments;
Responsibility for portfolio management, cost price and margin;
Assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for future planning;
Lead and motivate the team (4 people) through effective and timely reviews, goal setting, development programs and regular feedback;
Form and manage the budget of the A&P department;
Promote products and brands within the company, ensuring portfolio diversification.
Requirements:
Higher education in marketing or business research;
3+ years of experience in a similar position;
Experience of work with retail markets in HoReCa B2B;
Strong oral and written English;
Work in an international company;
Experience of team management.
