WeLoveNocode helps founders build products without code. Right now the company is looking for a Head of Growth (or Head of Marketing) for part-time or full-time. First months you will have to do most of the things by yourself. Meanwhile, you’ll be able to hire people and build a marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Build the biggest no-code community in the world
Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
Create a plan on how to continue growing 300% YoY
Test new traffic channels (Quora / Youtube / google…)
Optimize ad campaigns and set up targeting on Facebook, reddit, twitter
Launch on Product Hunt every 2 weeks
Experiment with A/B tests in google optimize
Testing weird hypotheses by creating equally weird landing pages
Requirements:
Proven success in running campaigns that deliver a high ROI
Proven ability to manage budgets
You love No-Code tools and have worked with some of them: zapier / integromat / bubble / webflow etc.
You need only KPI, and you can figure out your own tasks
You have hired and built marketing teams of 20+ people
Your English is fluent
You have worked in a product / SaaS / Service-based B2B company of 100+ people
You have a track record of successfully «scaling» a company. That means you’ve helped the company grow from «X» to, say, «50X» where you were in a leadership position
