Makita — мировой лидер в области разработки профессиональных строительных инструментов, аксессуаров, садовой и клининговой техники. Компания разрабатывает и производит инструменты для работ с деревом, бетоном и другими строительными и промышленными материалами, а также для садоводства и лесозаготовки.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and developing marketing strategy for Russia & CIS
- Planning, directing, and supervising marketing efforts of the Company and clients/partners (dealers, DIY retail chains, marketplaces, etc.)
- Developing and ensuring branding standards for points of sale, show-rooms, service centers, ect.
- Managing marketing budget and expenditures; analyzing performance (ROI)
- Managing full scale of marketing and branding activities: both digital and off-line (SMM, advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, trade-days, conferences, production of POSM)
- Analyzing competitors' activities
- Using marketing insights to contribute towards the overall business strategy
- Managing team of 8+ subordinates
Requirements:
- Higher marketing and/or economical education
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role
- Experience in promotion of industrial brands
- Excellent speaking and writing skills, copywriting skills
- Strong proven project management and people management skills
- Strategic thinking abilities, analytical mindset
- Creativity
- Fluent English
Conditions:
- Reporting to Sales Director
- Fixed salary based on the interview results
