Smartcat is looking for a Head of Marketing.
Head of Marketing Mission:
The Head of Growth Marketing’s mission is to lead all user marketing activities and ensure success in our top of the funnel goals. As a Product Led company, Smartcat uses a freemium model and you will own the process of acquiring qualified new users, by designing and executing various B2B targeted campaigns, working with our virtual events team to generate product demand, and coordinate content generation to generate product usage. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will accelerate Smartcat usage amongst language service providers (LSP) and localization professionals within global organizations. The mission is to leverage our unique all-in-one platform offering and distribution model to achieve and maintain Smartcat revenue growth above 33% QoQ.
Your specific outcomes are:
Manage, oversee and build teams to drive results in content, marketing operations, user acquisition, demand generation and virtual events.
Possess full ownership and meet specific monthly performance metrics related to funnel conversion, sales pipeline development, and revenue generation.
Create brand awareness and expansion of Smartcat usage into new geographic regions.
Optimize user acquisition funnel and ensure the message is compelling and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (Events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, etc.).
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience leading a B2B SaaS marketing organization.
Experience creating a content and demand generation strategy from scratch and building a team that delivers on monthly targets.
Have worked in an international company with solid understanding of localized content and demand generation methodologies.
A data-driven approach to business. Ability to justify decisions using models and metrics.
Experience working in a highly dynamic startup environment, where you can make big things happen by turning thoughts into action.
Experience working with remote teams.
Being eager for success and aggressive for growth.
Openness to feedback and others’ opinions and ideas.
