Company is looking for the head of global marketing. The company is engaged in the production and promotion of complex solutions for health (dietary supplements, cosmetics) and is represented in 23 countries.
What you need to do: be responsible for global brand marketing and effectively manage a team of more than 50 people around the world (directly subordinate to 8 managers and coordinators).
Tasks:
- Develop a global marketing strategy: goal setting, budgeting
- Plan annual activity, coordinate projects and lead them, be responsible for the implementation and achievement of KPIs
- Form a team: hire and adapt new employees, motivate, monitor, evaluate efficiency and plan employee development
- Analyze the results and prepare reports
Ideal candidate:
- Has more than 2 years of team management experience, worked in global brands
- Ready to join the team in a short time, take matters from the head
- Is not afraid of bold goals, responsibility and knows how to prioritize
- Can work quickly and flexibly restructure if the strategy and goals change
- Speaks English and Russian fluently
