A pharmaceutical company (consumer pharma) is looking for a Head of Marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Development & implementation of long-term & short-term strategic plans for assigned category & brands
- Identifying new business opportunities in category: business cases development & realization
- Ensure of annual category & brand plans implementation
- Risk management: risks forecasting & estimation, protection plans development & implementation
- Active cross-collaboration with commercial, trade-marketing, sales, medicals & regulatory departments to ensure effective category/brand strategy development & implementation
- Manage delivery of accurate and timely category/brands demand forecasts to the Supply Chain department
- Act a key Country Lead for the assigned Category & Brand for global strategic marketing & local Eurasia zone marketing
- Development professional skills and competencies of the category marketing team members
- Maintain high level of motivation of the category marketing team, propose retention plans
- Ensure that succession plan is in place for all key positions within the category team
Manage the team through setting and reviewing priorities. Provide appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coach team members to help them achieve their goals - Support the professional and career development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles and provide opportunities to learn and practice new skills
- Lead the building of a motivated and engaged team through the use of formal and informal recognition, regular communications and the encouragement of cooperation between individuals and team
What is necessary to be successful:
- Higher education, Marketing MA degree is preferable
- At least 3 year proven experience on the position of Senior Brand Manager in multinational company or 2 years’ experience on the position of Category Manager in local company
- Experience of managing several brands and/or categories
- Managing teams of 2 + people
- OTC experience is preferable
- Russian and English - fluent.
