Bonduelle is looking for a Head of Marketing.
Head of marketing retail is a key leader role in marketing team reporting to VP Marketing and I&D BEAM.
Responsibilities includes leading retail portfolio strategy development and implementation (Bonduelle, Globus and tactical brands for distributors and hard discounters). This includes working with I&D, CatMan, Sales, Production, Finance and other functions to identify potential opportunities and expand product portfolio with value added innovations managing product development budget. Also, this role will lead mid term strategy implementation aligning annual product priorities, providing strategic counsel and tactical oversight for all complex marketing levers (4Ps) and managing day-today marketing activities. This position requires deep understanding of commercial go-to-market process and willingness to develop deep relationships across the commercial organization. This role has a team of 5 marketers.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage brand portfolio with consistent brands positioning based on category vision, market trends and Bonduelle Group strategy
- Establish and manage annual Marketing budget and Medium-Term Vision processes dedicated to portfolio development
- Lead strategy implementation and brands portfolio performance monitoring with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process
- Lead new product development process on BEAM level
- Manage and develop direct reports
- Develop mission driven and consumer centric culture within organization and externally
Requirements:
- >7 years marketing brand experience, FMCG experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- People management experience (>2 people)
- Ability to work in advisory role with senior executives
- Bachelor / Master degree
- Business English fluent
- Food hedonism and love to healthy nutrition and sustainable behavior is a strong preference
