TikTok is looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy.

 

Responsibilities
Lead the strategic marketing planning and execute go-to-market strategy to increase ARPA and ARPU for strong support the key business health indicators for the growth;

Together with the Marketing Communication Team develops the Marketing, PR & Communications strategy and CRM plan for B2B segment to ensure that the company is positioned as a strong business partner;

Develop and lead the strong brand and ads products positioning to ensure the delivery of clear marketing messages to TA; Lead the delivery of data, research and insights support across users base and business verticals using data-driven methodologies (internal and external);

Develop and support education and partnership programs to support their company’s expertise and loyalty.

 

Qualifications
Completed higher education (marketing or/and economic will be a plus).

Experience in Marketing min 8 years and in Digital min 3 years.

People management experience.

Upper-intermediate level of English is a must.

Strong leadership capabilities.

Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.

Experience in research and data or a very good understanding of this field.
