Американская холдинговая компания Johnson & Johnson, производящая лекарственные препараты, санитарно-гигиенические товары и медицинское оборудование, открывает вакансию Head of Marketing (Selfcare brands).

 

Key responsibilities:
Lead the business planning and delivery for all brands in the dedicated portfolio (Self Care OR Mass) in Consumer Health with deep understanding of the market financial plan, market needs, consumer fundamentals and customer KPIs.
Develop close partnership with cross functional and Business Unit team in the market and upstream franchise team members in the region,
Activate all marketing plans within the marketing budget aligned with management
Lead the long-range financial planning for the market in partnership with franchise/ upstream teams for appropriate innovation and claims to win in the market
Develop deep understanding of consumer, customer, competitive and HCP landscape to create and execute winning plans,
Pioneer modern marketing, usage of real-time insights and analytics and agile tools
Role model high ethics and compliance leadership standards in all the aspects of the work as well as continuously reinforce the compliance culture for the broader organization.
Excel in people leadership to manage high-performing and engaged team as well as champion talent growth and advocate for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda.

 

Requirements:
Master’s in business or marketing specialization preferred
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience is required.
Demonstrated track record of managing local marketing operations
Demonstrated track record of people development and leadership is required
Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross functional teams is required
Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required
Proven success in developing strategic agency partnerships to build long term brand health and business
Fluent English.
