The leading luxury real estate agency in Dubai, due to the active growth in demand for services by Russian investors, is opening a new division focused on the Russian consumer market.

The company has a marketing department (about 15 specialists performing various functions). A specialist who joins the team and heads a separate marketing division (focused on the Russian target audience) will have the opportunity to use all the company's resources.

 

Functions:

 

Market analysis, identification of major trends, development dynamics and competitors' actions

Development and implementation of the direction development strategy

Management of the development of digital marketing campaigns (setting goals, monitoring their implementation)

Development of ideas for marketing activities

Managing the process of preparing content, organizing publications and other marketing activities

Implementation of advertising campaigns, evaluation of their effectiveness

Participation in the budgeting process

Interaction with the sales department (in the Russian direction), media representatives, potential customers

 

Candidate profile:

 

Higher specialized education
Successful experience in managing company marketing strategies (from 5 years)
Experience in the real estate market is a priority
Expert knowledge in the field of building marketing promotion strategies, as well as features of product promotion on the Russian market
English - advanced
Developed communication skills, analytical mindset

 

Terms:

 

Work in the company's office in Dubai. Assistance with relocation
Good development opportunities within the company and in a rapidly growing business area
The level of income is discussed individually (depends directly on the competencies of the candidate)
Subordination - to one of the managing partners; the work is initially supposed to be in a single person in the direction; in indirect subordination - specialists of the marketing department (15 people). Subsequently, it is possible to expand the department (employees in direct subordination).
