Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the marketing strategy of the biotech business unit: positioning, advantages, marketing campaigns, brand vision and value proposition for hospital segment partners.
- Monitor and control budget and expenses of the business unit, evaluate cost efficiency and results.
- Plan and organize different types of events (regional and national): congresses, symposiums, seminars, educational events, etc.
- Analyze the market of cancer drugs.
- Lead product managers team.
- Develop promotion plans for drugs in the hospital segment (including educational events for specialists, inclusion of drugs in therapeutic standards, recommendations).
- Plan and control supply chain, logistic and stocks of drugs.
Key skills:
- Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical is an advantage).
- Experience as marketing department manager in a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience with concessional drugs / Rx-drugs as a marketer is required, experience with orphan diseases will be an advantage.
- Experience in specifics of budgetary procurement, drug provision in the preferential segment.
- Confident skills in sales and expense forecasts.
- Public speaking skills.
- English language on Upper Intermediate level or above (ability to speak and write using professional vocabulary).
- Readiness for business trips.
