Kaspersky Lab is looking for a Head of Marketing (KasperskyOS BU).
Main responsibilities of the role:
Strategic level:
- Formation of a top-level marketing strategy for KasperskyOS solutions and technologies, as well as the cyberimmunity methodology in accordance with the corporate business strategy and the market situation
- Leadership in the creation of basic ideological messages, key messages and slogans, building the KasperskyOS brand image for both business and technical audiences with personal public participation in key external and internal events
Tactical level:
- Organizing the preparation of basic marketing materials to promote KasperskyOS (documents, visuals, messages, etc.)
- Building and promoting the KasperskyOS brand image and cyberimmunity methodology. Working with Brand Awareness, setting up objectives, metrics and analysis of indicators
- Building an external information field – both outside Kaspersky Laboratory and inside Kaspersky Laboratory team (internal PR). Setting up interactions with PR, SM. Working with feedback, including negative feedback. Preparing materials for working out the risks of negative PR
- Creating a proper understanding of KasperskyOS and the cyberimmunity methodology among technology and business partners, controlling the availability of partner materials of various types for all product lines
- Organizing participation in external events for the purpose of Brand Awareness, preparing speeches and driving broad informational coverage
- Search and development of channels for relevant target audience for Brand Awareness
Management level:
- Close interaction with departments within the company and forming up joint work (PR, SMM, Brand, Design, CEOO, Communications, R&D, HR, etc.)
- Managing and driving activities related to tactical tasks. Managing tactical marketing team (3 direct subordinates), currently 9, potentially up to 15 subordinates
- Development of team members to unlock their potential
Requirements:
- Experience in IT industry
- Experience of working with B2B products on the Russian and international markets
- Experience in building a marketing strategy
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level
- Critical thinking and a non-linear way of problems solving
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in embedding a technology agenda into major business events
