Drafting strategies for all Business Units, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals. Steers the marketing team create synergies of currently highly diverse tasks, set up clear priorities and ensure/distribute support for all departments.
Key Responcibilities:
- Implement high level content marketing campaigns. From specific products to campaigns
- Steering of the local marketing team: align annual marketing plan digital, product, data & event
- Increase Brand awareness among customers
- Local implementation of global strategies
- Implementation of apps and digital tools
- Budget & Marketing controlling responsibility
- Pricing (strategy)
Requirements:
- Strategic thinking
- Project management
- Effective Communication & Problem Solving
Knowlendge, Skills and Experiences:
- 5+ years in Marketing
- Management experience
- High Education, preferably in Marketing
