ElectroNeek is a rapidly-scaling SaaS company in the Robotic Process Automation space.
Role Description:
- ElectroNeek is looking for a Head of Marketing (CIS) to lead the demand marketing function across all digital media channels in CIS region. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will lead a team of regional digital and growth marketers that focus on customer acquisition activities in the MSP market
- As the Head of Marketing, you will build, optimize, and execute ElectroNeek’s customer acquisition efforts in your region. Your team will develop and execute a set of demand generation tactics that drive meetings with qualified prospects, generate pipeline, and lead to new customers
- To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience in managing, planning, launching, and optimizing customer acquisition programs to drive substantive revenue growth. You will focus on scaling our business through continued evolution and improvement of your demand marketing efforts
Responsibilities:
- Build-out and lead a scalable demand generation function that drives meetings with qualified prospects and increases pipeline
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of all demand generation programs and channels in your region
- Design and deploy multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns that align our messaging to the target audience to drive demand
- Lead the strategic testing of existing marketing channels and develop entirely new channels that generate new customers
- Manage weekly marketing team sprints
- Develop guidelines and KPIs for individual team members, evaluate performance and provide opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop lead scoring system, oversee the quality of marketing-sourced prospect meetings and improve scoring system based on the meeting outcomes
- Establish and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions
- Provide executive-level transparency into demand generation results in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly views
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing demand generation efforts targeting business customers in CIS
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building and managing demand marketing teams
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Deep understanding of all modern demand generation channels
- Ability to work and learn at a fast pace
- Clear communication skills
- Start-up Experience
