Adidas is looking for a Head of Marketing analytics.
Head of marketing analytics / consumer insights is responsible for setting up & managing the overall consumer and marketing analytics and research strategies. Core responsibility of gathering & understanding consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives core Brand KPIs (Brand Funnel, Share of Search). Works closely with the Marketing team (Business units, Brand Activation) to contribute to the annual, quarterly & monthly business planning with a purpose to make smarter, more informed & data driven business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan & implement overall consumer research & marketing analytics strategies
- Lead scaled ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative research upon business needs
- Develop & implement advanced analytics practices to drive marketing decisions (I.e. MMM studies)
- Responsible for full Consumer Insight support and consultancy of consumer/market expertise to business partners providing recommendations regarding Brand strategy
- Be an active member in a wide range of projects and topics such as analytics implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management, qualitative data, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the analytics toolset, ensuring the consistency of data quality
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, supporting them in defining goals, selecting appropriate KPIs, monitoring performance and derive trends and opportunities
- Build an internal and external network to keep up with the latest trends and technological advances
- Oversee marketing Test & Learn efforts
Requirements:
- Experience with key research & advanced analytics tools and disciplines of marketing mix (web, eCom, social listening, mobile, sentiment, paid media, CRM, etc.)
- 4+ years in analytics / consumer insights or research roles
- Systematic thinking, ability to extract meaningful information from data, passion for fact based & data first approach
- A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in-person and remotely
- Solution-oriented mindset, combining consumer-centricity with business acumen when contributing to business case modeling or shaping self-service reporting
- Experience in leading team & projects
- Knowledge of data structures, systems and BI tools related to marketing data management
