Philip Morris International (PMI) is currently seaching for a Head of Market Research Hub for Russia and Kazakhstan.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Lead a lean team of 7 experienced consumer research and data analytics managers based in Moscow and Almaty.
Responsibilities of the team include
Conducting real-time analyses to generate insight for Commercial and Channel teams using voice of consumer systems.
Applying advanced analytical techniques to perform root-cause analyses, including data mining and collaborating with Data Science.
Collaborate with business partners (Digital, Customer Care, Consumer Journey, Brand Retail, CRM) to articulate business questions and develop adhoc consumer research studies or experiments.
Combine consumer research, business KPIs and financial data to provide actionable business recommendations.
Building empathy for consumers by producing in-depth understanding of consumer journey and pain points.
Guides team to develop dashboards to visualize and socialize insights.
Champion of data and a data-driven culture. Help Commercial team to make business decisions based on actionable insights from various data sources. Able to navigate complex environments and identify optimal datasets for the business problem.
Apply analytical approaches to build understanding of audiences and segments. Develops deep knowledge of what is available in terms of data and what is possible through the tools deployed by organization. Identifies when relevant data is missing and executes plans acquire.
Understand key business priorities and questions, drivers and hypotheses; work with local team to prioritize business and information needs.
Keep up to date on knowledge in the domain of analytics, including tools, technologies and theories. Familiarity with Python, R, SQL.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-based matrix organization.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

Head of Analytics, or Analytics Manager at leading or large-scale business related to banking, digital services or mobile applications.
Proven collaboration skills building partnerships / working cross-functionally with Commercial, IT, Digital and CRM functions, and General Management, to ensure data and analytics roadmap is aligned with company initiatives.
Advisory role with regards to shaping data governance.
Delivered solutions to business problems in the areas of CRM analytics, campaign optimization, segmentation, personalization.
Data story-telling skill, demonstrating ability to connect, interpret and present data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
Worked in market research roles with experience in designing quantitative and qualitative studies.
10+ years of professional experience.
Fluent Russian & English speaker.

 

SKILLS

Strong analytical skills and strategic agility.
Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting.
Deep knowledge about advanced data analytics.
Statistics.
Agile Scrum / Pod-based approach to projects.
