As Head of Market Access you will be responsible for leading and developing of patient access strategy for Novartis portfolio products in Russia.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Development and execution patient access strategies addressed to stakeholders in order to get favorable P&R decisions and optimal listing for key in-market products and new launches
Driving innovative and differentiated Patient Access initiatives that will guarantee sustainable competitive advantage in the business & support the sustainability of healthcare systems
Leading the establishment of cross -functional teams to optimize business logic and commercial outcome
Leading cross functional teams within cluster who are responsible for developing strategic approach to Patient Access to ensure optimal product access & secure positive reimbursement and/or favorable formulary listings of portfolio
Team management
What you’ll bring to the role:
Excellent negotiation skills
Higher education (university degree) in related field: pharmacy, medicine, health economics /economics, health policy, outcomes research / MBA
7 or more years of experience in Market Access and 5 years of experience in people management
Fluent both English and Russian
