STADA is searching for a Head of Market Access.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of market access strategy to secure national and regional reimbursement of Company product
Designing and implementation of projects for the inclusion of the Company products in state reimbursement programs
Dossier preparation for tie inclusion products into the Vital Essential Drug list (if necessary, exclusion within the approved strategy)
Develop proper pricing proposals in view of current company portfolio
Development and implementation of health economic strategies demonstrating the value of key products
Monitor legislation in the field of pricing for pharmaceutical substances and medicines / collect and up-to-date information on referent prices
Develop evidence-based arguments and data on product effectiveness in terms of clinical and economic benefits, therapeutic and social value, its strengths and weaknesses from the payer’s point of view throughout the product’s life cycle
Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share
Building cross-functional interaction with Business units, Marketing and Medical departments and other departments as part of the implementation of market access strategies for company products
Communication with key external and internal stakeholders on the development of an action plan for the inclusion of the Company’s products in state reimbursement programs
Interact with KOL’s, chief external experts (on Federal and regional level), expert committee; make analysis of the requirements to treatment regimens, assessment of unmet demand
Develop and implement regional and state innovative drug supply programs (agreements: co-payments, risk sharing, payment based on the result of treatment)
Establish and develop a network of interaction with decision-makers at various levels and territories, including the executive and legislative authorities of the EAEU, chief specialists and employees of regional health departments
Ensure continuous training of employees of other departments on state and insurance financing of health care, implementation of health care reform, and other issues related to the organization of health care in reimbursement segment
Requirements:
Higher education, medical or economical education is an advantage
Experience in pharmaceutical industry more than 5 years in a similar role, preferably with an international pharmaceutical manufacturer
Good understanding of organization and of functioning of Public Healthcare system in Russia
High level of knowledge in Health economics
Proven experience in interacting with key governmental stakeholders and industry associations
Strong analytical skills and professional expertise
Excellent strategic ability, creative thinker
Strong communication, analytical skills and ability work in a team
Fluency in English.
