Responsibilities:
- Organization of management accounting, which includes: cash flow budget, the budget of revenues and expenditures
- Short-term, medium-term and long term business plan and financial model developing
- Analysis and assessment of financial risks
- Monitoring and compliance within financial discipline
- Analysis of financial and economic activities and the search for reserves to increase profits
- Optimization of the company's expenses
- Organization of performance on the budget
- Preparation of financial statements for shareholders
- Budgeting and forecasting of company
- Participate and implement in the development of business plan
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Take charge in high-priority crises
- Strong computer skills required
Qualification and experience required:
- Proven track record (at least 5 years of experience), with three years in a leadership position with experience in accounting
- Experience working knowledge of budgeting, business development, and strategic planning
- Commercial mindset and a good understanding of main rules of sales and business development process
- Knowledge of English at the advanced level
- Achiever, which has to be confirmed by the records of education and professional growth
- A leader with a strong commitment to excel in the pursuit of the goals for common good
