Visa is searching for Head of Managed Services (Russia).
The Director – Head of Managed Services Russia will lead and develop the in-market team delivering implementation of consulting engagements across the Russia market. They will personally lead major projects as well as support junior team members across a portfolio of projects and clients, and liaising with the Head of VCA Russia to plan future projects and resourcing in areas such as portfolio management, product development & enablement, & marketing optimization.
Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Area:
- Develops & scales managed services offerings in areas such as portfolio management, product development & enablement, and digital marketing, to ensure world-class customer service
- Provides strategic leadership & management for the team
- Sets strategic and tactical priorities that align with business objectives
- Proactively manages KPIs related to established SLAs, availability, capacity and performance
- Develops plans and strategies to improve performance, reliability and operational cost-effectiveness
- Administer staff performance management and career development activities related to managed services area
- Participates in regular forecast/budget cycles and financial reporting cycles
- Develops and maintain a team through coaching and performance management
- Encourages open communication between team members
- Liaises with the internal functions including sales, product, marketing, client services and other functions
- Demonstrates integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, collaboration, and agility
- Ensures high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred but not required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience. Preferably, a combination of consulting experience with data consulting practices of leading system integrators / technology vendors and in-house FSI experience as Head of CRM / Head of Products and/or portfolio management
- Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. Advanced client contact and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills to extract desired outcomes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA
- Highly analytical, experienced with databases like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.
- Superior project management skills. Avid communicator
- Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused
- Knowledge of VISA's card products and systems process flows is preferred but not required
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative and work with limited direction
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with inter-disciplinary groups
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluency in Russian and English
