ARTEL Electronics LLC is looking for а Head of logistics for developing logistic system of company.
ARTEL Electronics LLC is the biggest company in the production of household and electronics in Central Asia.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the organization of uninterrupted and productive daily work of the logistics department
Development of proposals for optimization and improvement of all logistics processes in the company
Organize the process for optimal loading and unloading of finished products
Together with the quality department, develop measures to prevent damage to cargo during loading and unloading operations and improve the quality control of employees ‘ work in all areas of the warehouse.
Determines the need for storage facilities and equipment, vehicles, employees in the warehouse
Organize the placement of goods, the work of equipment and workers, the order of receipt and shipment of goods, the working hours of the warehouse.
Take part in the calculation of the terms and volume of deliveries of goods, drawing up schemes for the movement and storage of goods in the warehouse.
Work with manufacturing plants for the acceptance of finished products during the busy period of the warehouse (if necessary, stop the arrival of finished products)
Develop inventory standards and control the compliance of their level in terms of volume and nomenclature with the established standards
Control over the correct and timely acceptance and loading of finished products by movers, the location on the shelves of finished products.
Assessment and analysis of costs associated with the execution of logistics operations
Evaluation and analysis of the performance of logistics operations.
Coordinates the work on the relationship between the warehouse and transport.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field, or MBA.
At least 5 years of experience in enterprises of production of home appliances;
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, able to manage priorities and workflow.
Flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
