Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group Legal Department, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility of all legal matters within SoftwareONE’s subsidiary in Moscow
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters
- Managing a team of members of the legal department
- Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements
- Supporting the Company in all questions regarding its protection of IP rights
- Providing consultancy in the area of Data Protection issues
- Case management in arbitral and ordinary courts
- Legal support and oversight of various projects and business divisions in an international environment
- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
- Support of our Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR organization
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of and affinity for contract law
- Experience in drafting, preparing and negotiating contracts
- Fluent in English (any other language skills would be an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured, independent and precise working manner
- Strong personality and strong business sense
- High degree of flexibility in organizing working time
- Inquisitive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Eager to go the extra mile
