Main tasks and responsibilities:
- To create the necessary legal base for the successful launch of the company.
Legal Support to daily ad hoc cases - Commercial and Vendor Contracts verification
- Development, upgrade to up to date of company standard contract forms and addendums
- Legal consulting to Finance and Accounting for accurate Tax application
- Evaluation and response to requests from RU Customs, Tax Authorities, Transport Prosecutors, Antimonopoly Service
- Evaluation and protection of Company interest during Customers claims handling process
- Evaluation and protections of Company interest in disputes with vendors, customers, authorities, customs
- Preparation of responses to requests and requirements non-compliant with local or international law
- Court cases handling
- Legal support to legal entities establishment, transformation, acquisition
- To be aligned with corporate standards
- To be the advisor for Managing Director and Management team
- To launch needed actions for mitigation of risks
- To develop legal solution aimed to improve the corporate governance and to assure continuity of the document turnover and related business processes
- To be active in developing legal solutions which could collaborate to the growth of the business
- To lead internal consulting process for employees and provide with necessary trainings when needed
Background and experience:
- Court experience
- Leading legal practice in large international companies
