Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kashira City for a Head of Legal. The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, ensuring legal compliance, providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues.
- Full legal support of the production company's activities
- Development and legal analysis of Russian and international treaties, risk assessment, dispute resolution
- Drafting protocols of disagreements, preparation and consideration of outgoing/incoming claims
- Participation in legal due diligence of various sizes and jurisdictions
- Tracking the latest changes in corporate, currency legislation, as well as regulation of the relevant industries of the company
- Judicial claims work: drafting claims, responses to claims, representing the interests of the company, drafting statements of claim, reviews, objections, appealing court decisions
- Legal support and legal support for the activities of the company's divisions
- Conducting business correspondence and negotiations with contractors and authorities
- Conducting business correspondence and negotiations with colleagues from India
- Execute and check the correspondences through Immigration for the expats to apply for HQS and Quota spaces
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
- Strong background in Legal Consulting
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Ability to address Legal Issues proactively and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a license to practice law
- Master's degree in Law or Business Administration preferred
Salary:
- Max 200,000 Ruble Net Per Month (Based on the performance in the technical interview)
