А global healthcare company Novo Nordisk is looking for a Head of Legal.
As a Head of Legal, you will serve a key leadership role being responsible for Russia and Belarus. This role has direct reports and implies working with various internal and external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities include
This role reports to Senior Director of Legal, Compliance and Quality for Novo Nordisk Russia and Belarus
Identifying legal risks, developing and implementing mitigations
Managing legal department
Providing legal support and advise to Novo Nordisk Russia and Belarus strategies and daily operations
Ensuring a complex legal support of the organization
You will have a back-up function in legal matters to Senior Director of Legal, Compliance and Quality
You will be responsible for driving the continued development of legal function in Novo Nordisk Russia and Belarus, ensuring the implementation of Novo Nordisk Global and International Operations policies, effective communication and high-quality advice and risk management.
Qualifications
Higher Education in Legal
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Legal from which 2 years on managerial positions
Spoken and Written fluency in English
Legal experience in pharmaceutical business is preferrable.
