Major duties:
• Provide legal advice on all activities of leasing company, including lease documentation and agreements, relationship and contracting with dealers; corporate legislation and marketing activities;
• Guide on compliance issues specific for leasing as well as general for the company;
• Provide legal support on the projects outside of current activities;
• Follow up on legislative changes and guide the company on actions to be taken;
• Participation in international projects.
Required knowledge & skills, work experience:
• 7-10 years of legal work;
• English language skills – high level;
• experience in leasing is a plus.
Education:
• Legal degree from the reputable university.
