Responsibilities:
Team and project management
Advising clients on various issues of Russian commercial, corporate and labor law
Preparation and analysis of commercial contracts
Pre-trial disputes and litigations
Legal due diligences
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Russian corporate, commercial and labor law
Excellent oral and written communications in English, including legal terminology
Experience in advising international clients
Perfect analytical skills
Ambitious to become a Partner.
