Inspiritum searches for a Head of Legal Department who has experience with the mobile subscription model.
The Inspiritum team is specialized in mobile solutions development, payment aggregators and internet traffic arbitration.
Your responsibilities:
Changes and prepararion of legal opinions on contracts, risk assessment (contracts with telecom operators and aggregators, with advertising networks, for software development, etc.);
Conducting corporate activities for an international group of companies (opening and closing legal entities, making changes, interacting with foreign consultants, etc.);
Making internal agreements between the companies of the group;
Legal advice and development of an action plan on civil, tax, labor law;
Registration of local documents for intangible assets;
Participation in the development of local regulations, development of forms and templates for documents, letters;
Minimization of risks;
Participation in negotiations with partners and operators, if necessary;
Assignment of tasks to a senior lawyer and control over their implementation, individual work on the tasks of managing partners.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
Experience with the mobile subscription model is a must;
Good knowledge of civil, tax and administrative law;
Work experience of at least 6 years in digital, IT, advertising agencies, telecom companies;
Understanding what an electronic service, CPA, arbitrage is;
Understanding intellectual property (what it consists of and how it is transmitted);
Higher education;
Perseverance, the ability to dive deeply into details, willingness to innovate and develop, emotional stability;
Tracking changes, knowledge of the current realities of the industry;
Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level.
