Leading FMCG company is looking for a Head of Legal Department.
Requirements:
Law degree.
At least 5 years of prior experience on top legal positions.
Knowledge of civil, tax, administrative, international law, experience in working with state authorities, experience in representing interests in the court.
Prior experience in trade companies, preferably in import and export business.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
Management of the Legal Department (15 people) of a group of companies.
Organization of the company’s business processes in terms of legal regulation and legal risks.
Organization of legal support for obtaining permits and licenses. Direct legal support of real estate issues.
Support of the company’s foreign economic activity (import and export), including direct and indirect supply contracts management.
Interaction with state legislative and executive bodies, interaction with controlling state authorities and associations.
Representation of the company’s interests in the court.
