Orange Business Services is searching for a Head of Learning & Development who will be responsible for organising all professional and leadership learning activities.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Drive leadership development agenda, build leadership and professional development framework;
Be in charge of creation, developing, managing and overseeing all learning processes and strategies;
Define the leadership profile in Orange, get full buy-in from the leadership team and ensure its implementation in all People related processes;
Implement leadership and potential assessment tools in order to push proactive learning to be ready for the future Orange challenges;
Support and improve existing skills framework to ensure that skills needed for all the jobs are defined, learning paths are clear and followed so Orange expertise is growing;
Create and maintain up to date career paths in the company together with HR BPs, and ensure people progress through them;
Lead and drive internal learning tools and approaches: mentoring, coaching, workshops, seminars and knowledge sharing in leadership;
Drive online education agenda to promote online learning opportunities for individual contributors and leaders at all the levels, ensure proper tracking of the results and building future programs based on the data.
Requirements:
5+ years leading leadership development (LD) in fast growing preferably companies (IT is preferred);
Corporate LD experience is a must, good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle;
Experience in building the LD systems from scratch, solid experience in working with senior executives, strong stakeholders management skills;
Experience in building online learning systems;
Knowledge of LD providers and tools, ability to engage best-in-class providers and interact effectively with outside vendors;
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong computer skills;
Spoken and written English & Russian languages – fluent level;
Being a Certified Assessor as a plus.
