Antal Russia is looking for a Head of corporate university. In this position you will get a unique opportunity to create a corporate university for an international consulting company.
Expectations:
High education in finance, preferably additional education in trainings, facilitation, coaching, finance
Experience in workshops and facilitation for TOP teams delivery
Understanding of financial consulting business and the role of T&D / L&D in supporting business initiatives
Successful project management experience and implementation of changes
Leadership potential, the ability to manage a team effectively with wide variety of tasks
Willingness to lead and develop the team
Initiative, high level of assertiveness, ability to build constructive relationships
English and/or German proficiency level-advanced
Relevant experience 3-6 years
