Cainiao Network was established by Alibaba Group and other courier companies such as Stone and Yida. Now the company is looking for a Head of Last Mile delivery.

Role description
Responsible for overall process management of the entire product
Management of courier delivery
Last mile delivery strategy development and optimization
Act as business owner for delivery to lockers with shared responsibility for the customer experience
Reverse logistics processes determination and management -from returns handling or transportation of returns to the final point
Track and analyze key delivery metrics and continuously strive to meet KPI’s
Being able to control costs efficiency through target setting and maintaining/achieving performance standards, while building the operational/process improvements.
We require
English upper intermediate
Candidate form Logistics Industry, specifically from Last Mile Delivery, preferably from ecommerce company
At least 5 years’ of working experience in a client-facing business with leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge on last-mile delivery market & well aware of upcoming developments
People management skills
Work in a project mode.
