Brookes Moscow IB World Continuum School is searching for Head of kindergarten who is directly responsible for the overall operations, academics and functionality of Brookes LIFE Kindergarten.
Requirements
Strong leadership, staff management and organisational skills;
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills;
High sense of responsibility and flexibility;
Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills;
Advanced knowledge of educational legislation;
Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal form;
Knowledge of modern pedagogical technologies for differentiated learning, the implementation of a competence-based approach, developmental learning;
Knowledge of English at intermediate/upper-intermediate level;
Proficiency in computer literacy (Mac, Microsoft Office, Internet etc.).
Responsibilities
To supervise all types of kindergarten activities;
To implement different processes for functioning of the kindergarten from scratch;
To work on marketing and financial aspects of the kindergarten with the dedicated persons within establishment;
To provide the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard, federal state requirements;
To direct and supervise the work of the stuff of the kindergarten;
To organize the work of a pedagogical team aimed at achieving high efficiency of educational work with children;
To draw up educational, educational-thematic plans and programs, to organize methodical work;
To monitor the implementation of the education program;
To work with parents (guardians) on achieving students’ growth and development or any other parents-kindergarten interactions;
To organize the development, reviewing and preparation for the approval of educational and methodological documentation;
To monitor compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime, safety rules;
To provide effective interaction and cooperation with public authorities, local governments, organizations, the public, citizens.
