This role is responsible for leading key accounts within the organization, driving and optimizing market access results for Sandoz portfolio products by executing brand strategies with targeted national/regional accounts and ensure delivery of targets and market share.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete ownership of assigned Key Accounts; develop product specific and portfolio strategies in line with goals and customer needs; align Account strategy with other key Sales, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical and Managed Care functions and ensures cross-functional resources and support
- Deliver the Account plans and required financial results for own Key Accounts; work effectively with colleagues in other functions (e.g. Primary Care and Specialty Sales, Marketing etc.) to achieve account sales
- Contract optimization, access and reimbursement across the specific customer groups that are relevant to the role or business unit
- Lead negotiations, contracting, pull-through and formulary management with assigned Key Accounts
- Create and implement programs designed to build long-term relationships with Accounts, based on deep understanding of the customer organization, structure, business strategy and priorities
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher education
- People management experience >2 years
- Significant account management experience >5 years
- Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
- Strong leadership skills
