Role would be reporting to the CIO with the key objective to set the new IT function from scratch (~15 roles), build and approve with the board 3yrs technology transformation strategy and deliver to achieve outstanding business driven KPIs.
Requirements:
If you have 5+ years of the sound program and project management experience from initiation, structuring requirements, building wbs, setting clears project tasks and delivering outstanding results breaking through all the obstacles, while also base your decision making on the deep 8+ years engineering expertise in the classic enterprise onprem infrastructure technologies from MS AD up to easily compiling linux kernel, setting up oracle rac/dataguard to achieve HA/DR of the highload transactional systems (e.g. SAP) and your primary motivation is about solving complex and challenging problems, rather than classic pussy-style IT talking you'd enjoy joining our brave team aiming to transform Russian logistics industry upside-down given the geo-politics opportunities.
