KIA Motors Russia is looking to hire a Head of IT Department.
Responsibilities:
Develop short-term and long-term IT strategy targeted for both directions: Business systems and IT infrastructure (software and licensing, hardware, communications, data processing and security, computer network).
Develop functional and technical architectures as well as to prepare functional and technical requirements for the business systems upgrade and/or implementation;
Focus on gain efficiency from company’s systems integration
Planning, management and optimization of hardware and network resources
Planning, organizing and performing hardware and software deployments
Identify the relevant technical platforms and application architectures to meet the company business needs requirements;
Consolidate, formalize and assess the business needs and organize the automation of business processes and their implementation in information systems;
Build effective business partnerships with all departments regarding the most effective IT solutions;
Develop and control IT budget execution;
Manage IT team employees, control KPI execution, develop employees’ individual skills;
Manage and control of the contract relationships with the vendors and outsourcing companies;
Meet business requirements in relation to the B2B and B2C markets
Manage mobile communications services
Manage regular IT and security audit processes
Interaction on the initiatives of the head office (international communications)
Required skills:
At least 10 years of proven experience in IT industry
At least 5 years experience in operations and IT management in commercial environment
BS or MS in technical (analytical) field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math etc.)
Knowledge and experience of implementation of the IT-system virtualization, backup and security solutions;
Experience in planning and implementation of the server and network IT infrastructure;
Good understanding of the business data organization principles;
Understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies
Proven understanding of corporate information systems integration, business logic of ERP and CRM systems, IT infrastructure, Web applications at corporate level
Understanding of BIG Data principles, Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies
Good knowledge of data protection regulation in Russia;
Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills;
Excellent analytical and planning skills; Excellent communications, presentation and management skills
Upper-intermediate English.
