RENAULT is looking for an IS-IT Director of Renault Russia and IS-IT Domain Leader Sales and Marketing for Eurasia region to join the team which is being transformed.
You will manage the IS-IT resource of Renault Russia in order to implement the decided roadmap and to guarantee the good running of the implemented products. You will build and facilitate the sales and marketing roadmap for the Eurasia region.
General role broken down into 2 main missions
As the IS-IT Director of Renault Russia, he leads, facilitates and coordinates IS-IT resources to achieve the goals set out in his country’s strategy and in every domain strategy (60 people including 50 Renault people, 3 M€ budget). He guarantees the quality of the IS-IT products delivered. He is the window people of the executive committee of Renault Russia. He guarantees the consistency and the synergies between the Russian IS organization and Eurasia region.
As the domain leader for Sales and Marketing for the region, he builds and facilitates the roadmap for the IS-IT products of his region, for Sales and marketing business, consistent with the vision of the business and IS-IT departments.
General accountability
Leads a team of technology specialists including mainly leaders, designers and developers for IS-IT products. Define and implement the IS-IT products roadmap decided for his domain and for Renault Russia. Support users from industrial sites of Renault Russia and guarantee operational quality and incidents resolution. Manages the relationship with the business managers and with all local, regional and corporate IS-IT teams to implement the new products and guarantee their good running. Leads the technology skills development at Renault Russia (coaching, training, assessment, career management).
General skills
Experience in developing digital products, managing teams of designers and developers, managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading projects.
Inside IS-IT Eurasian team, reporting to the Renault Russia VP on one hand and to the CIO for Eurasia region on the other hand, you are accountable for:
Managing the IS-IT resource of Renault Russia to achieve the goals set out for the region, the country and the corporate and to guarantee that IS-IT services are at the right level of quality according to the country expectation
You will manage the IS-IT teams responsible for designing, developing, implementing and running of the products decided into the roadmap, you will manage the workload, the staffing and the skills development consistently with the HR strategy and the needs from the region and Renault Russia
You will be the window people of the business VP of the region, you will manage the relationship with the business managers and with all local, regional and corporate IS-IT teams to implement the new products and guarantee their good running
You will guarantee the quality and the continuity of the service for products used into the industrial sites of the country, you will facilitate the resolution of incidents and will guarantee the availability of products in accordance with the level of service expected by the business
You will manage the budget for Renault Russia, the follow-up of spends due to the digital roadmap for sales and marketing and the generated value.
Building and facilitating the products roadmap for the sales and marketing business of the region
You will build the sales and marketing roadmap of the region in collaboration with the business people, the architects and the other transversal teams
You will create and facilitates the governance meetings for the roadmap management, you will optimize the value creation from the roadmap
You will guarantee the consistency between the regional roadmap, the business strategy and the enterprise IS-IT strategy and the needs from the users of the region.
Your main deliverables will be
The roadmap of products of the region for the domain
A set of products and services consistent with the roadmap and with the expectations on time, quality and customer satisfaction
The consistency between skills into your team and the expected service
A plan for the agile transformation of your team and the related KPIs
Skills
Master of English language
Minimum 10 years of professional experience (projects, program, portfolio management) and a proven experience for management of teams
Master of project and IS-IT products management, demonstrated knowledge about tools for project management (waterfall, Agile)
Methodological skills, for example software development in agile mode based on tests
Ease of communication, ability to help understanding and negotiation skills
Knowledge of industrial business would be appreciated
IS-IT graduation, electric engineer or any other appropriate engineer graduation
