They are bringing to the market a unique investment product that has not been on the financial market before - direct financing of commodity trade flows. And now they are looking for a Head of Investment Products Sales Department.
What tasks should be sold:
Organization of the work of the department for attracting private capital;
Sales team management (up to 4 employees in different countries - Dubai and Moscow);
Creation of sales and customer service models for investment products;
Creation and description of business processes for the sale and operational support of investment products;
Organization of client events;
Management of sales of investment products (planning, forecasting, work with analytics, ensuring the implementation of the sales plan);
Fulfillment of planned indicators for raising funds;
Finding and attracting clients from HNWI segments;
Building sales and launching new products on the market;
Development of agency sales of investment products and services;
Formation of a unified company strategy for working with clients.
Head of Sales Investments they are looking for:
Has experience of working with Russian investors for at least 3 years as a manager;
Experience in the Financial and Investment Sector: Private banking, Retail brokers, investment companies;
Experience in attracting investors with a high check (>100k USD) in investment products;
Has successful cases of organizing sales of investment products in companies engaged in investment and / or brokerage activities;
Ready to give 300% to the work process and set up all processes from scratch, as we are at the stage of product formation;
Fluent in both English and Russian, written and oral.
