В международную технологическую компанию требуется Head of International IT Support.

 

Leading international technology company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning. Has 30 offices worldwide, and has been listed on the NASDAQ since 2011.
In context of it's extensive international growth and deploying its team in Belgrad, Serbia, Client is currently looking for an International IT Support Lead.

 

The purpose of the role:
To organize seamless and efficient customer experience for all international employees from IT perspective.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of specialists who deal with user support around the world
  • Set tasks and control how they are carried out
  • Give and protect group scores, KPIs, and key metrics
  • Organize the preparation of users' workplaces
  • Train, develop and motivate team members
  • Participate in operational projects
  • Analyze and optimize the internal processes of the group
  • Organize user support processes taking into account local characteristics
  • Be responsible for the functional management of adjacent groups

 

Requirements:

  • Able to lead people
  • Speak English and Russian at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Know how to take initiative in the development of processes, and built them
  • Managed a team of IT support services (more than 10 people)
  • Set tasks and control how they are carried out
  • Distribute the workload among employees
  • Engaged in the professional development of employees
  • Wrote user and technical documentation, regulations, and instructions
  • Familiar with the ITSM approach (at the ITIL Foundation level)
  • Ready to take responsibility for the result
  • Think analytically, are able to structure information, express goals and results in measurable terms
  • Able to make quick decisions under high uncertainty and frequently changing requirements
  • Understand network technologies
  • Know Windows OS at the system administrator level
  • Understand how pipeline processes are built
  • Worked in a similar position for more than two years

It will be a plus if you:

  • Worked as an engineer in the IT support service
  • Know how to use scripting languages for analytics
  • Prepared analytical reports and presentations
  • Worked in a large company with a developed IT infrastructure
  • Worked with *nix systems
  • Managed employees around the clock
