Yandex serves its user base by distributing solutions to manufacturers through apps, websites, and a variety of other channels. Company is looking for a distribution-focused Head of International Distribution. You’ll be gathering a team of motivated group leads and BDMs whose aim is to support a user base for services in the MEA/CIS.
Tasks that await you:
- Support a strategy for distributing services in the MEA/CIS market
- Foster a strong business development team
- Analyze partners’ businesses and implement a distribution strategy in collaboration with them in the MEA/CIS
- Negotiate with representatives of commercial and quasi-government companies
- Work cross-functionally and enhance ties with product, marketing, and PR teams
- Calculate PnLs
- Set targets and create a plan for achieving KPIs
- Build monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly plans for the team
- Build the operational process between the project office in HQ and the regional offices
- Foster a strong cross-regional business development team
Company expects that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience working as a team lead of international BD teams
- Understand the B2B market and have experience working with major clients across different regions
- Have a good network of companies in MEA/CIS in telecom, banking, retail or other industries
- Are fluent in English
It'd be a plus if you:
- Have marketing and project management experience
- Used to work with MEA/CIS markets
- Experience of launching products from scratch
