Skyeng is looking for a Head of International Business.
Now company is searching for the Head of International Business, who will dive into all the internal processes quickly and manage the team of 400+ employees (excluding teachers). If you are a high-level professional with a strong experience in leadership, they are already waiting for your CV at Skyeng. International department is fully remote, and it is distributed in 10 different countries. Most of international team employees speak Russian, but corporate language is English.
Company is expecting that you will:
- Maintain x5 YoY Growth Rate of the unit fitting into the corporate budget
- Maintain profitability of the Sales & Marketing costs on the 2-years Net LTV basis
- Help the team setting up new profitable Sales & Marketing channels
- Grow market share on the existing markets by expanding the marketing channels’ profitably
- Support the teams’ launch in other countries and organize distributed operations from there
- Help launching new subjects for the Adults and Kids branches
Your day-to-day tasks:
- Maintain plan-fact P&L analysis for different countries, audiences and products
- Help the team creating and updating monthly project plans
- Help the team building solid processes for the desired results achievement
- Keep the executive board well-informed about the internal processes
- Work on the results improvement in terms of growth and efficiency
- Drive internal processes and stimulate important data sharing between team members
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports sharing key insights, problems and tasks
Ideal candidate:
- An experienced executor with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Needs to be good at analytics
- Can make basic calculations easily without asking for external help
- Attentive to details, dives deep into processes and gives precise actionable advice
- Doesn’t need experience in the EdTech industry: operations are similar to other business spheres and company has R&D team in headquarters that drives innovation in education
- Knows how to analyze internal and external data and processes
- Quite ambitious and willing to drive the business unit growth
