An international fintech company is looking for a Head of Information Security to build Information Security function, vision and a roadmap of the organization.
The scope of responsibility will be establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected, developing SIEM from scratch, building a team of up to 10-15 ppl.
The primary responsibilities are:
Security operations
Cyber risk and cyber intelligence
Data loss and fraud prevention
Security architecture
Identity and access management
Application Security
Governance & Compliance
Main requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in Information Security
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role responsible for the entire function
Ability to leverage business communication skills to inform, convince, and educate stakeholders, employees, and leadership to enable practical information security activities and processes.
Proficiency in English and Russian language
Experience in an IT/Fintech company is mandatory.
Remuneration:
