Industrial enterprise looking for Head of Information Business System Section.
Requirements:
Higher education in IT;
10 years’ experience in implementing and maintaining Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud Applications in collaboration with 1C Accounting and 1C HR & payroll, electronic document management systems based on OpenText xECM;
5 years’ experience as a Head of information system department or Head of application systems development department or Head of information systems support and development department with 4-5 subordinates;
Working experience in an industrial enterprise, preferably in the mining field;
Experience in developing and configuring Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications or OpenText xECM;
Experience in organizing development, maintaining and solving problems in the operation of Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications, OpenText xECM and 1C configurations;
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing bottlenecks in Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Applications or OpenText xECM;
Skills in monitoring accessibility and performance of application information systems.
Experience in developing and using information systems automatic administration and maintenance scripts;
Experience in implementation of ITIL / ITSM principles in IT operation, experience in creation and managing information system support;
Skills in designing and implementation of SLA (Service Level Agreement);
Experience in implementation of Agile and SCRUM principles in information systems development and improvement;
Experience in developing and maintenance of information systems operation documentation, and in developing IT policies and procedures;
Skills in project management for the introduction of applied information systems based on Oracle and OpenText xECM;
Skills in managing mixed working groups when implementing applied information systems;
Skills in preparing project documentation, functional requirements, technical assignments, SOW, instructions.
Main responsibilities:
Managing of Information Business System Section;
Drafting policies, procedures, regulations and standards of information systems development and support;
Planning and budgeting of activity of the division;
Selection, adaptation and development of employees of the division;
Desirable experience in projects of automation of procurement processes, repair, maintenance and asset management.
