В международную маркетинговую компанию Brane открыта вакансия Head of Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Apply systems approach to build sustainable processes, including: talent sourcing, talent outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and post-campaign analysis;
- Develop and execute profitable influencer programs;
- Create and conduct influencer briefs for creatives and influencers;
- Analyze and access campaign to provide valuable insights and opportunities;
- Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure;
- Provide ongoing training and support to creators, cultivate long-term partnerships;
- Maintain internal and external recordkeeping systems and regularly evaluate for better efficiency;
- Establish an internal standard of best practices and KPIs, including establishing influencer objectives, priorities, and processes consistent with brand/company goals;
- Monitor and report all influencer analytics regularly, including, but not limited to, revenue, clicks, impressions, swipe ups, etc.;
- Effectively manage the established budget to meet business and financial goals — reporting monthly and quarterly targets;
- Manage day-to-day business, including approving commissions for affiliates and influencers, ensuring timely payment, and developing monthly/quarterly campaigns;
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, running paid campaigns from start to finish.;
- Working knowledge of influencer landscape across all social media platforms;
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be an excellent creative problem solver and have strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams successfully;
- Experience working with CreatoIQ and Grin or other influencer marketing CRM platforms, and affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
